ABOUT ME

 

My name is Conor Hudson and I'm an independent blacksmith based in Leamington Spa. I got into blacksmithing four years ago when I realised I could make my dream a reality with a basic set up. Fast forward four years and I've built up my workshop from scratch, honed my skills and expanded my repertoire. 

While I have taken inspiration from the wonderful work and techniques of contemporary blacksmiths, I am mostly influenced by old techniques, specifically ironworking in the Middle Ages. The art of producing something that is unique and one-of-a-kind is rare in a world where mass production is increasingly taking over. That's why I want to offer my services to others looking for something unique. 

I also dabble in other crafts such as woodwork, leatherwork and bronze casting. These additional skills allow me to create finished, hand-made products ready to use and ready to serve you well.
